The 'Formosa 9' is our upscale 7 bedroom and 6
bathroom vacation home, located in the exclusive Formosa Gardens Estates. Formosa Gardens Estates is a gated and walled community surrounded by woodland and picturesque lakes, yet only 1.8 miles from the main gates of Walt Disney World.
This spacious 4,600 sq. ft. villa is situated on a huge 1/2 acre landscaped lot on a quiet cul-de-sac. It accommodates up to 16
guests. It is fully air conditioned throughout with 2 sitting areas, 7
bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, games room, and a huge pool with spa.
The large sunbathing deck and pool area feature an abundance of sun loungers and chairs, as well as dining for up to 16 guests.
High-speed internet access is also available.
It is 1 mile from the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village. This includes a local supermarket, pharmacy, medical
walk-in clinic and many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, TGI
Fridays, Carrabbas and Subway. Once you have stayed at Formosa

- A booking deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
- If you book within 12 weeks of your arrival date, the full balance is required at the time of booking.
- Once you confirm you would like to secure a villa, we will send you an electronic reservation form. Just complete the form with your personal details and choose your preferred method of payment and the villa is secured for you.
- We accept all major credit / debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (4% Fee), Maestro and Solo. PayPal, Personal Checks and Bank Transfers are also accepted.
- We accept payments in US Dollars or British Pounds.
