Our luxury villa occupies a prime location in the exclusive Enclave section of Emerald Island Resort and has a south facing pool with beautiful views over water onto conservation woodland.

Emerald Island is a new guarded gated resort community which is within 5 minutes' drive of Disney World. It is an ideal location for large family groups. Inside, the house is fully equipped to a very high standard to meet all your holiday requirements. The kitchen is generously equipped for eating indoors or outside. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a games room. Each bedroom has a TV. The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs and a barbeque grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated south facing 30 foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.

• A booking deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
• If you book within 12 weeks of your arrival date, the full balance is required at the time of booking.
• Once you confirm you would like to secure a villa, we will send you an electronic reservation form. Just complete the form with your personal details and choose your preferred method of payment and the villa is secured for you.
• We accept all major credit / debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (4% Fee), Maestro and Solo. PayPal, Personal Checks and Bank Transfers are also accepted.
• We accept payments in US Dollars or British Pounds.
