The fully furnished dining room is perfect for dinner party entertainment, while the state-of-the-art, fully equipped European kitchen on the first floor allows for multiple cooks.

The guesthouse comprising two guest suites, both with en-suite bathrooms on the second floor. For after-dinner entertainment, the first floor features a luxury billiards room with wet bar and guest bathroom.

The third building comprises of one guest suite with a private sitting area and an en-suite bathroom on the second floor as well as another guest suite complete with a lounge and a guest bathroom on the first floor. The 800-square-foot wine cellar situated in the basement provides ample storage space.

One enters this Mediterranean-style estate along a central stone walkway, lined with tropical shrubbery and palm trees on either side. The pathway ends at a connecting 2,500-square-foot landscaped courtyard, with two secluded outdoor living areas featuring a bar, loungers. Within the courtyard area lies a covered outdoor heated swimming pool.

The three two-story buildings are designed with an ancient Italian-inspired aesthetic, complete with whitewashed stone and Mahogany wood-upholstered trim, offering a total of 8,800 square feet of luxurious living space.

The property also includes a private back-door gated entrance and a two-car garage, plus two additional parking spaces to provide guests with the most secure parking in town. Also available seven days a week is a personal housekeeping service. Additional services can be arranged including a personal chef, chauffeured driven car, yacht rentals and en-suite spa treatments, among other requests.
