Built on a double plot the largest on Hampton Lakes Southern Comfort is custom built with many upgrades. The home has 7 bedrooms plus a den with bunk beds to sleep 3. One of the twin rooms has an extra novelty child size bed this room connects to a master bedroom via a bathroom. There are 5 bathrooms including 3 masters. The main master is absolutely amazing with Italian ceramic flooring sitting area and 60 inch TV. Its bathroom has his and her sinks, walkin shower, under cupboard floor lighting and a separate rest room. The walk in wardrobe offers ample storage for your belongings.

There are both formal and informal dining areas, two lounges one with a 60 inch television, designer kitchen, games room with pool table and footsie table, and a magnificent south facing pool and spa with large covered area including an outside kitchen with grill, sink, fridge and counter tops. Our guests have commented time and time again over the outside cooking facilities which make this villa so very special. The home with over 4,200 square feet of living, sleeps up to 16 persons and is ideal for family groups or individuals who enjoy that sense of space.

There is a 30 foot south facing swimming pool and spa with optional pool heat and beautiful lighting.

Free high speed internet is installed plus free international telephone calls, all calls are free. The 60 inch TV'S have movie and football channels

Inside the villa you will find all the luxuries of a dream vacation the outside has accent lighting surrounding the property with mature trees an, hedges plus magnificent palms. The back yard is very large and private. . The fully equipped kitchen, has upgraded appliances including a microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, and dishwasher . A separate laundry room containing a family sized washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board.

The villa is fully air conditioned with 2 units one for the upstairs the other for the down stairs to help keep the homecool.The bed sizes are as follows:- downstairs we have a king size bedroom with en suite, a den with bunk beds with a separate bathroom just off the kitchen to serve this bedroom, upstairs there are 6 further bedrooms 2 masters one with a king bed the other with a queen bed, Three rooms with 2 twin beds in each and a further bedroom with a full size bed. Two of the twin bedrooms are linked to the master bedrooms via an inter connecting bathroom door. There is a further full bathroom to serve the other two bedrooms. There is a large loft rea with and the upstairs flooring is has wooden flooring throughout.

The driveway has ample parking for up to 4 cars, in addition there is a car a car park opposite the villa for the convenience of our guests. Just take a right out of Hampton Lakes along the US 27 with ample shops and restaurants, exit east onto the US 192 you are then minutes away from all the Disney attractions. The total journey is about 10 to15 minutes. Take a left out of Hampton Lakes, drive south 3 miles to the I4 and Disney is just a few exits away. The Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and the whole of Florida is awaiting you with beaches on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts with three international airports.

As well as the villa's own private pool, Hampton Lakes has a large communal swimming pool, children play areas, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts, basket ball courts and two lakes. It is only about half an hour from Orlando International (MCO)Airport and about 45 minutes from Sanford Airport. Nearby attractions include the Walt Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild and other Water Parks, Shopping and Fishing. There are excellent golf facilities nearby with over 60 fantastic courses open to the public including the new Greg Norman designed “Champions Gate” ( a double 18 hole Championship Course) minutes away. Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, The Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens are all about an hours drive away.

Special Items

Telephone calls are free most international and all local. For the pleasure of our guests the main television has a 60 inch screen with a second 60 inch screen in the main master bedroom. There is also a games room with pool table and air hockey. The home has a super summer kitchen for outside entertaining.
