Surrounded by the most exquisite restaurants and lounges such as Mint, Rumi and Nobu, who have made the South Beach their home, and with shops including Versace and Gucci to name just a few.
Walk along the stone central walkway through tropical shrubbery and palm trees on either side and enter into a 2,500 square foot landscaped courtyard, the courtyard has two very secluded outdoor living areas which include a bar with loungers and a fully integrated surround sound system. Look through the pillars and arches to see your very own private heated outdoor covered pool.
This Mediterranean style mansion was designed with an ancient Italian-inspired aesthetic and is comprised of 3 buildings offering a total of 8,800 square feet of the most luxurious living space.
Walk into the main house and you have the master suite with en suite bathroom and an open plan office on its second floor. The first floor comprises of a spacious media room complete with a huge 96” screen and a private lounge and guest bathroom. The fully furnished dining room is perfect for dinner party entertainment, while the state-of-the-art, fully equipped European kitchen on the first floor allows for multiple cooks.
The second building is the guest house with 2 spacious en suite bedrooms, downstairs you have your own entertainment room along with billiards table, wet bar and guest bathroom.
The third building has 3 floors including an 800 square foot wine cellar, on the first floor you have a guest suite along with a private lounge and en suite bathroom, the first floor again has another guests suite with its own lounge and a guest bathroom.
The property also includes a private back-door gated entrance and a two-car garage, plus two additional parking spaces to provide guests with the most secure parking in town. Also available seven days a week is a personal housekeeping service. Additional services can be arranged including a personal chef, chauffeured driven car, yacht rentals and en-suite spa treatments.
